Pointing gigspeed.com at the new site
Two changes inside your existing GoDaddy account. Nothing is transferred, nothing is bought, and your email is not touched.
Read this first. This is not a domain transfer. You keep gigspeed.com at GoDaddy, you keep paying GoDaddy, and you stay the owner. All you are doing is telling the domain which server to show visitors. If you ever want to go back to the old site, you undo these two records and it returns.

Already done on our side. Both gigspeed.com and www.gigspeed.com are configured on the hosting and are waiting for these records. The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically once your change goes live, so there is nothing to buy or install.
Do not touch anything labeled MX, TXT, or SPF. Those run your Google email. The two records above are the only things that change. For reference, these are the rows to leave alone:

Step 1: Point www at the new site
1 Open your DNS records
- Sign in at
godaddy.com - Top right, click your name, then My Products
- Find gigspeed.com and click DNS next to it
You are now looking at a table of DNS records.
2 Find the www row
Look down the Name column for a row that says www. Right now its value is:

That is the old Wix address. Click the pencil or Edit icon on that row. If there is no www row at all, click Add New Record instead.
3 Change the value
Set the row to Record 1 from above:

Click Save. If GoDaddy warns that an existing record will be replaced, that is expected.
Step 2: Send the bare domain to www
4 Set up forwarding
This makes gigspeed.com with no www land on the same site.
- On that same DNS page, find the Forwarding section, or click the Forwarding tab
- Click Add Forwarding under Domain
- Forward to:
https://www.gigspeed.com - Forward type: Permanent (301)
- Settings: Forward only
- Click Save
Step 3: Check it worked
5 Give it a few minutes, then test
- Open
https://www.gigspeed.comin a private or incognito window - You should see the new site with a padlock in the address bar
- Then open
https://gigspeed.comwith no www and confirm it lands in the same place
Most changes show up within an hour. GoDaddy says it can take up to 48 hours to reach everyone. If your own computer still shows the old site for a while, that is usually just browser cache, which is why the incognito window helps.

If you ever want the old Wix site back, put the www record back to its original value and delete the forwarding rule:

Nothing else needs to change to revert.
If something looks wrong
The browser says the connection is not secure. The certificate is issued automatically once the DNS change is visible, and it can take a few minutes after the record goes live. If it is still showing after an hour, say so and it gets sorted from this end.
You see a GoDaddy parked page or an error. Double check the CNAME value has no https:// and no trailing slash. It should read exactly gigspeed-redesign.pages.dev.
Email. Nothing above touches mail. If you ever want to confirm, check that your MX rows still end in aspmx.l.google.com.
